Business Development Manager, UAV and Robotics Propulsion

What you will do

  • Own a set of drone and robotics makers, from the first call to the repeat order.
  • Sell technically, with our engineers beside you: understand the aircraft, propose the matched motor, ESC and propeller set, quote and close.
  • Keep an honest pipeline and forecast, and know every open deal by heart.
  • Represent Vector Technics at trade shows in India and abroad.
  • Bring what customers ask for back to the design teams, so the next product sells itself.

What you bring

  • 3 to 8 years selling technical products to businesses: drones, EVs, electronics, aerospace or industrial.
  • Comfort with specifications such as thrust, voltage, current and Kv, or the drive to learn them in weeks.
  • An engineering degree, or proof that you can hold your own with engineers.
  • Clear writing and the habit of following up until there is an answer.
  • Willingness to travel for customers and shows.

UAV System Integration and Test Engineer

What you will do

  • Integrate our motors, ESCs, propellers and power electronics on test aircraft, and build the aircraft when needed.
  • Run thrust-bench and flight-test campaigns, including the 1,000-hour bench and 100-hour flight gate every new design must pass.
  • Set up and tune flight controllers, read the logs and find the root cause when something runs hot, vibrates or fails.
  • Write test reports that design teams act on the same week.
  • Help customers integrate our propulsion into their own aircraft.

What you bring

  • A degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering.
  • 1 to 4 years of hands-on work with multirotor or VTOL aircraft.
  • Working knowledge of ArduPilot or PX4, telemetry and flight logs.
  • Clean wiring and soldering, and respect for a pre-flight checklist.
  • A DGCA remote pilot certificate is a plus.
