Vector Technics complies with India's export control law, including the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, the Foreign Trade Policy and its SCOMET list, the Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005 and the Customs Act, 1962, and with the United Nations Security Council sanctions that India implements. Where a product contains components of foreign origin, or a customer re-exports our products, we also take account of the export control rules of the country concerned to the extent they apply.

Export authorisation. Where a product, software or technology is controlled, we export it only under the authorisation required by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade or other competent Indian authority.

End use and end user. We may ask for end-use and end-user information, and an end-user certificate, before we quote, supply or share technical information.

Prohibited parties and uses. We do not supply any person, destination or end use prohibited by Indian law or United Nations sanctions, and we decline orders that raise unresolved concerns about diversion or misuse, including any use connected with weapons of mass destruction or their delivery systems.

Technical data. We share controlled drawings, firmware and test data outside India only as the law allows.

Provide accurate end-use and end-user information, do not re-export our products, software, technology or technical data in breach of the law, and tell us immediately if you become aware of possible diversion or misuse. Export obligations for our sales are set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Classification information. If you need the export classification of a Vector Technics product for your own compliance, ask us and we will provide it for each product we have classified.
