Vector Technics products are sold only by Vector Technics and by distributors and resellers we have authorised in writing for a stated territory. Products bought from any other source, including used, refurbished, relabelled or rebranded units, may be counterfeit, damaged or out of specification. They are not covered by our warranty, technical support or compliance declarations.

Check a seller before you buy. We do not publish the names of our distributors and resellers. To confirm whether a seller is authorised for your country, email business@vectortechnics.com with the seller's name. Only a confirmation from Vector Technics is valid; a seller's own statement that it is authorised is not.

Verify a product. Every genuine product carries a Vector Technics serial or lot number. Email support@vectortechnics.com with the serial or lot number and the seller's name, and we will confirm whether the product is genuine and was supplied through an authorised channel.

Our authorised distributors and resellers are independent businesses. They buy from us and resell in their own name; they are not our agents and cannot make commitments, warranties or statements on our behalf beyond our published terms. Warranty claims for products bought through them are made through them, as set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and on our Warranty and Returns page. We may appoint, change or end any authorisation at any time.

"Vector Technics", our logo and our product names are our trade marks. No seller may use them, or sell our products under another brand, without our written permission, and no product sold under another brand is a genuine Vector Technics product with our warranty.

If you see products, names or logos that appear to be ours offered by a seller we have not confirmed, or our products sold under another brand, tell us at legal@vectortechnics.com. We review every report and act to protect our customers and our trade marks.
